Digital work covers what people actually use, and what sits behind it: the product or service itself, the content it carries, and the systems that publish, distribute and measure it.
Areas of work
-
Digital products and services Web and application-based products, from the interface through to the data model underneath. Built so that what happens in them can be measured.
-
Content and media systems Production, publication and distribution of digital content, and the infrastructure that handles it.
-
Measurement and instrumentation Knowing what a digital product is doing once it is in use. That is a data problem before it is a reporting one, and it is usually easier to design in than to retrofit.
